To ensure transparency, we requested records from the neighborhood management company to review financials, contracts, and board decisions. These records have been shared with the project team for analysis, allowing us to identify any potential mismanagement or conflicts of interest. By thoroughly examining this information, we aim to keep homeowners informed and take appropriate action to protect the best interests of the Townsend community. 

To ensure that any transfers of community property were conducted fairly and in accordance with Townsend’s governing documents, we are conducting an in-depth review of public records. This process will help us verify compliance, identify any irregularities, and ensure transparency in the management of shared community assets. Our goal is to protect homeowner interests and hold leadership accountable for adhering to proper procedures 

As we review the records, we will compile a clear and concise document outlining any concerns we identify. This report will break down key issues in an organized, digestible format, ensuring homeowners can easily understand the findings. Our goal is to present actionable insights that empower the community to take informed steps toward accountability, transparency, and fair governance in Townsend.  

Once our findings are compiled, we will formally request the board to take appropriate action to address any concerns. This may include policy changes, increased transparency, or corrective measures. Additionally, we will ask that certain board members recuse themselves from taking action on the request if conflicts of interest exist. Our goal is to ensure a fair and impartial resolution that prioritizes the best interests of the Townsend community.
